1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website 1stabtf.com.
By placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. ORDERS
All offers are valid while stocks last.
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully completed.
3. PRICES
All prices are indicated in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs.
4. PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
No shipment will be made until full payment has been received.
5. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via La Poste or Mondial Relay within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only and depend solely on the carrier.
Delays caused by the carrier shall not entitle the customer to any refund or compensation.
All items are carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials.
6. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided.
In the event of:
- incorrect or incomplete address
- absence of the recipient
- unclaimed parcel at a pickup point or post office
the parcel may be returned to the sender.
In such cases:
- reshipping costs will be charged to the customer
- no refund will be issued until the parcel has been returned to the sender
7. PROOF OF DELIVERY
Proof of delivery provided by the carrier (delivery status, GPS confirmation, signature, or delivery to mailbox) shall constitute valid proof.
Once marked as delivered:
- the order is considered fulfilled
- no claim will be accepted without formal evidence to the contrary
8. CLAIMS AND TIME LIMITS
All claims must be submitted in writing (email or mail) and must include:
- order number
- purchase date
- product reference
- detailed description of the issue
Claim deadlines:
- France: 15 calendar days after shipment
- United States & international: 30 calendar days after shipment
No claims will be accepted after these deadlines.
9. PARCELS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the carrier:
No claim will be accepted without:
- a sworn statement from the customer
- verification with the carrier
- a possible police report for theft
1stabtf.com reserves the right to refuse any claim in case of suspected abuse.
10. SHIPMENTS TO THE UNITED STATES
Shipments to the United States are handled by international postal services and the USPS network.
Delays or losses may occasionally occur and are beyond the control of 1stabtf.com.
No delivery time guarantee can be provided for such shipments.
All claims must comply with the 30-day deadline.
After this period, no investigation can be initiated with postal services.
11. ANTI-ABUSE / FRAUD POLICY
In the event of repeated claims of non-receipt, abusive disputes, or fraudulent behavior:

- refuse future orders
- require a secured shipping method with signature
- refuse any refund or commercial gesture
12. RETENTION OF TITLE
All products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
